Wondering where to start?
- Step 1 (optional): Initial consultation – Curious about occupational therapy? Is OT the right fit for your child?
- Step 2: Book an initial evaluation. Contact us to book an appointment that best fits your schedule!
- Step 3: Intake process: when you book an evaluation appointment, you will then be asked to complete a series of intake forms. This will provide our team with helpful background information on your child so we are able to tailor the evaluation to your child's specific needs.
- Step 4: After the initial evaluation, you will receive a written report with assessment scores, evaluation results, and recommendations.
- Step 5: Schedule follow up sessions.
